I am sure some of you are wondering what Gustosos means. Gustosos is a Spanish word. The literal translation of Gustosos is tasteful but in this case, as it applies to food & drinks, it means “Tasty”. Why did I choose this name? First because I am Dominican and Spanish is my mother tongue, so the first name that came to mind was in Spanish. Secondly because I love making dishes that are simply “Tasty” (Gustosos) and what I love the most is sharing them with everyone.

Food is such an important part of our everyday lives and often we come together around a meal. If you are hanging out with your family or friends, food & drinks are usually a very important part of that gathering. Well at least it is for me :-).

When thinking of Family & Friends I feel all fuzzy & warm inside, I feel love. Therefore, I put a lot of love in creating amazing dishes for my clients so they can share them with their loved ones and just enjoy as much as I do.

I love good food regardless of where it originated from. This also means I like to mix it up hence my slogan “Passion for Fusion”.
